What is included with the spa treatments?
All spa treatments include complimentary access to our sauna and steam room before or after your service.
Do hotel guests receive any special benefits?
Yes. Hotel guests receive an exclusive 20% discount on all spa services.
Do you have showers and changing facilities?
Yes. The spa features showers, changing areas, and amenities available for guests before or after their treatments.
What should I bring to my appointment?
We recommend bringing a swimsuit and sandals if you wish to use the sauna and steam room. We provide towels, disposable underwear, and amenities for your comfort.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit and credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments in Colombian Pesos (COP).
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. You can purchase a gift card for any of our treatments. The purchase can be completed via WhatsApp, and you will receive a digital gift card to share. Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase and reservations are subject to availability.
What are the spa's operating hours?
Monday to Saturday: 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Sundays: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Public holidays: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. We recommend booking in advance to ensure availability for your preferred date and time, especially on weekends, public holidays, and during high-demand periods.
Are there any restrictions for receiving treatments?
For safety reasons, we do not provide massage services to pregnant women or minors. Certain facial treatments may also have restrictions for guests who have recently received Botox, fillers, or chemical peels.
Does the spa include beverages or food?
We offer complimentary coffee, tea, and fruit-infused water throughout your experience. You may also add a glass of white wine for an additional charge.
Spa treatments do not include meals. However, the hotel features two restaurants: Smash, open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., and the main restaurant, open from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., where you can enjoy food, cocktails, and additional beverages at an extra cost.
